Doug and Anna Hill live in Bernardsville NJ with their three daughters, Ellie (16), Siena (15) and Addie (12). In January 2024 their lives as they knew them changed forever with Doug’s ALS diagnosis.

Today they are fighting each day to manage the progressive nature of the neurological disease, ALS,  the best they can. Doug’s arms are extremely weak, speech heavily impacted, and legs are just managing to hold on and continue to allow for mobility around the first floor of their home.

The rapid changes in Doug’s function and mobility make home modification and adaptable transportation an imminent need for the family. A first-floor full bath with shower, accessible transport van and a custom wheelchair are significant expenses for the Hills that your generosity will directly support.
